Morph Med Spa is owned and operated by Dr. Brittny Howell, a board-certified surgeon who resides in Ridgefield, CT.

Dr. Brittny loves her community and is dedicated to providing her patients with the highest quality health and wellness services in the area. With over 15 years spent perfecting her skills in both health and aesthetics, she strives to bring her patients a one-of-a-kind experience.

Dr. Brittny Williams Howell

Dr. Brittny Williams Howell is a board-certified vascular surgeon. She earned a Bachelor of Arts with Distinction in Chemistry from Duke University and a Medical Doctorate with Honors from New York University School of Medicine.

She then completed her general surgery training at New York University Langone Medical Center and her vascular surgery training at MedStar Georgetown University Hospital - Washington Hospital Center.

Dr. Brittny has taken care of countless patients and is the only board-certified vascular surgeon in Ridgefield, CT, where she is the co-founder and CEO of Morph Med Spa. She partners with patients who want to live their best lives in their best bodies.

When Dr. Brittny and Dr. Damani aren't working, you can see them shuttling their kids around Fairfield County or in their home gym. Their happy place is being the best parents to their three children.

Nicole Dayton, Business Operations Manager

Nicole found her calling in women's health and wellness after a decade of working in the startup world. It was her tenure at WeWork that truly ignited her appreciation for agility in strategy, operations, and organizational development.

She is a seasoned operations leader with expertise in business growth, team building, and systems optimization. Outside of work, Nicole sings with the Chorale, swims with the Masters, and spends time with her sweet family.

As a mom of two and Ridgefield resident, Nicole brings both professional expertise and personal understanding to our mission.

She’s even a patient in our perimenopause program menoPARTY🎉. Nicole is incredibly grateful to be part of this dynamic team dedicated to supporting women in their power years.

Amy Foxman, R.N, Medical Aesthetic Provider

Amy is our medical aesthetic provider and expert in facial aesthetics. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame and Wagner College, she has been a nurse for over 15 years and brings extensive clinical experience to aesthetic medicine.

She specializes in full-face personalized treatment plans using neuromodulators, dermal fillers, biostimulators, laser treatments, and regenerative procedures, including microneedling with exosomes. Amy is known for her ability to create natural, balanced results that enhance patients' skin quality and facial harmony. Her patients value her gentle touch, meticulous technique, and attention to detail.

Amy’s philosophy centers on subtle, strategic treatments that help patients look refreshed, confident, and like the best version of themselves. Amy is a Ridgefield mom of two amazing boys and is a proud patient in our METAMORPHOSIS program.

Masha Goins, Head of Programs

Masha began her journey with Morph Med Spa as a patient, where her own health transformation sparked a deep passion for personalized medicine. As a business coach specializing in online program development and growth strategy, she became closely involved in supporting Dr. Brittny in expanding Morph’s health offerings. 

Today, as Head of Programs, she leads the development of our hormone optimization, longevity, and medical weight loss programs. She is especially passionate about women’s health in midlife and is also a patient in our perimenopause program, menoPARTY🎉.

In addition, Masha is an Online Business Coach and host of the top 1.5% globally ranked podcast Money Magnet Mama. 

Her background includes working at Amazon’s Audible and with the United Nations. She holds degrees from the University of Oxford and the London School of Economics and lives in Ridgefield with her family.

You’ll be greeted with Sarah’s bright smile and warm laugh when you come in the door at Morph Med Spa. She is a licensed professional dedicated to delivering personalized, results-driven experiences for every patient.

With a strong background in sales and customer service, she brings a detail-oriented, patient-first approach that ensures comfort, trust, and satisfaction. Sarah is known for building lasting relationships and creating a welcoming environment where patients feel confident in their care. Her commitment to professionalism, communication, and high-quality service supports each client’s unique goals.

She’s also a patient in our METAMORPHOSIS program. Outside of work, Sarah enjoys staying active through yoga and hiking with her Jack Russell puppy, exploring new cultures, and embracing a balanced lifestyle that reflects her passion for wellness and self-care.

Melissa Rifkin, Registered Dietitian

Melissa supports our program members in our hormone health program menoPARTY🎉 and our medical weight loss program METAMORPHOSIS. She is a Registered Dietitian with 20+ years of experience in clinical nutrition, including surgery, oncology, maternity, and bariatrics. 

She earned her undergraduate degree from UConn, completed her dietetic internship at New York-Presbyterian in NYC, and received her Master’s in Clinical Nutrition from NYU. She is certified in weight management and passionate about helping people build realistic, sustainable relationships with food.

She is also the creator of Confession of a Dietitian on Instagram, where she shares evidence-based nutrition with over 435K followers and collaborates with hundreds of food brands. Melissa is a mom of two adorable boys, a runner (2x marathoner), skier, daily meditator, and always in the kitchen testing recipes for her website.

Divine Thomas, Licensed Esthetician

Divine is our licensed esthetician providing medical-grade skincare treatments like our signature facials and our microneedling services. Her approach to skincare is rooted in education, consistency, and truly understanding each person's unique needs. 

With training from the Academy of Skin and Beauty in White Plains, NY, Divine focuses on treatments that support the health and function of the skin while addressing individual concerns without injectables. She believes that taking the time to learn a client's skin makes all the difference, which is why she guides clients through both treatments and simple at-home routines.

Her goal is to create a welcoming space where clients feel comfortable, confident, and supported in building a routine that works for them. Her favorite skincare service is the Dermaplaning Facial.
